mWIRE Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about mWIRE customers, we feel you should fully understand: We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We only share the information you instruct us to and only when you designate that we should do so.

Registration
Registration is not required in order to browse Times Shamrock Communication (TSC) Websites.

Information request
During the information request process, you are required to enter your product or service requirements, as well as how you want to be contacted by merchants responding to your request. We require that you enter your phone number, so that we can most efficiently connect you to the merchants matching your request, and we also may require your city, state and/or zip code in order to match with local merchants and help them verify the applicability of your request to their business.

Cookies
Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. Customers may opt to refuse cookies without significantly degrading the TSC experience. However TSC recommends acceptance of cookies for the personalization benefits they offer.

2. Use of this information
Registration and Information request TSC shares your request information only when you submit an information request. The contact information you designate will be provided to these merchants; at a minimum this must include your name and phone number. At any time you can notify merchants that your request has been closed and that they should not contact you further. Registration and request information is also stored on the TSC servers, and used to allow you to submit requests to more merchants. TSC may occasionally use registration information in order to contact you regarding profile maintenance issues. Information thus gathered will used only to improve the TSC customer experience. This information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with any third party.

TSC will share request information and designated user contact information with various merchants as and when you direct. Merchants are requested to use this information only for the purpose of responding to the indicated request. Merchants are not permitted to use consumer contact information for further marketing activities, nor are they permitted to resell, rent or distribute that contact information to any third party, without the consumer's permission. Failure to comply with this agreement will lead to the merchant's removal from the TSC mWIRE NetworkTM.

Each participating merchant has unique procedures and practices for fulfilling your requests. As appropriate to the product or service requested, the merchant may undertake additional action using the customer's personal information, such as requesting a motor vehicle report, a claims history, or a consumer credit report. TSC cannot offer guarantees as to the subsequent use of information relayed to merchants at the user's request. Promotional mailings User registration information is sometimes used to send marketing information or promotional offers on behalf of TSC or its merchants to those customers who have expressed an interest. You can opt out of receiving future mailings at any time.

Usage tracking
Usage tracking information is used to improve website performance and user experience. This information is not correlated to user information entered during the registration or information request process or to any third-party information.

Cookies
Cookies are entirely optional in the TSC system. For customers that accept cookies, TSC uses them sparingly to personalize the website by storing the user's username and password, and display preferences. This information is always stored in encrypted form for greater security.

Aggregated information
TSC sometimes shares aggregated demographic information derived from usage tracking data and information submissions with advertisers and partners.

3. Sharing of information
Information is shared by TSC with merchants only when and as directed by the user for the purpose of receiving product or service information. User information will never be shared with any other third party. User information will never be sold or rented. However, TSC reserves the right to amend this policy where necessary to fully comply with its legal and statutory obligations under U.S. and international law. Information will be disclosed in compliance with a subpoena or court order.

4. Opt-out policy
TSC allows customers to opt out of receiving marketing and promotional mailings.

5. Correct/update policy
TSC gives customers the option to correct or change information collected during user registration.

6. Security
TSC takes several security precautions to protect user information. Credit card information is never requested by TSC, and sensitive personally identifiable information is optional. User information is stored on servers protected by state-of-the-art firewall, systemlevel and database-level security. User profiles are password protected, and customers have the option to use SSL encryption technology to securely transmit passwords, contact information and sensitive personal information.

7. Your consent
TSC mWIRE customers consent to the collection and use of their information as described here. Changes to this policy will be posted to this page as necessary.
